GENERAL FEATURES
- The whole machine is
designed and manufactured

the feeding quantity.

- All the rollers are
chrome plated to increase
the hardness.
- The Slotter register
is adopted with electric
digit adjustment, 360
degree forward and backward
can be made no matter
the machine is running
or stopped.
- Self-locking system
is adopted on the caliber
adjustment of the Slotting

- The slotting knife is
made of fine alloy-steel
with heat treatment and
grind to form the notching
slotting knife with the
sharp edge and dual-flake
blade for trimming, has
the high precision.

UPPER / LOWER FEEDING
ROLLER
- Upper Roller: Solid
steel with the hard chrome
plating with the outside
diameter is 95mm, match
with 4 pcs of feeding
rings.
- Lower roller: Cylinder
with the hard chrome plating
with the outside diameter
is 150mm,and done with
the dynamic balance correction
- Manual adjust the gap
caliber on the feeding
roller. With the adjustment
scope 0-12mm,
PRE-CREASING ROLLER
- The pre-creasing roll
assembled at back of last
printer and the front
of slotting, lower roller
is the solid steel with
the diameter is 90 mm,
and attaching 4 sets Of
pre-creasing rings.
